You need to run the installer, the same as you would on Windows.

There are two exe files, one is Launcher and the other is NBA 2k15. Im using the NBA 2k15 one and the response is "No new executables found!

Maybe the installer failed...?

If you tried to install somewhere other than C: drive (drive_c in the wrapper) then you will get this message too. All software must be installed in C: drive."
What should I do?

Thats a Wineskin error message... Wineskin is not supported here, as this forum is for plain Wine only.

All that message means though is you installed/copied/moved into the wrapper, and it didn't find any changes in exe files... If you manually copied the files in, then you don't need to use the Installer that can display that error... it will just be used to copy for you. Just go in Advanced and set the EXE to point to the right exe file.

All that being said... Wine cannot run NBA 2k15... it requires DX11, which is basically not yet supported in Wine.
