Banished. Interpretation of console output

I am linking my console output from this game.

The game runs, rather slowly, and without sound.

The fixme lines can be ignored, but I don't think I have encountered many of the error lines in the past. Can you help in interpreting them, please.

Regarding the missing sound issue, 'winetricks xact_jun2010' should resolve that.

I've done all that, but no soap on the sound. Apparently some glitch I've yet to iron out.

What's the terminal output after xact_jun2010 was installed?

Sorry, didn't keep it. I suppose I could reinstall. Not terribly urgent. I am more interested in the multi-tasking prblems later on.
