Garena is not working on wine-1.3.1,
Linux fernando-desktop 2.6.32-24-generic #41-Ubuntu SMP Thu Aug 19 01:12:52 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux.

Current rating is Garbage per the AppDb entry here:

It might not be possible to run the program yet.

There was an open but now closed bug at:

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16047

There are no linked bugs in the AppDb entry.

It may be time to create one and link it into the entry.
