ok so the wine team tries to create a windows like emulation by rewriting the DLLS right? so what happens if i copy all the windows files from a friend will it work?

No, it won't. Only a small portion of Windows native dlls works with wine, so replacing alle wine dlls with Windows native dlls will break wine.

ya just tried that it fucked up wine and it fucked up my whole system I have to format my computer now :(

Wine shouldn't be able to do that. Just delete your ~./wine directory.

You cannot use wine on an existing windows partition; see
