No transparency in Google Sketchup's cursor

Post by MightyIAM »

Dear ones,

In Google Sketchup the cursor changes according to the "tool" you're using.

What happens in Wine, is that the transparency doen't work. It seems that the transparent pixels of the cursor image are displayed as being white.

That shows as a cursor within a white square.

There's at least one bug reported that I know of:

I'm using the radeon driver with an R300 based card.

Does anyone know the cause of this lack of support in transparency? Is it the driver or is it Wine?

Can it be fixed? Can it be worked around?

Thanks and blessings,
