broken apt in kubuntu 8.04?

Hiya,

I'm running wine 0.9.61 on kubuntu 8.04. I've added the wine binary
repositories to my package manager. before i could always update without
problem. Now when i look for new packages it shows rc1, but as an
uninstalled package, thus the package manager no longer shows the installed
0.9.61. Don't know if this is a problem with the wine repository or kubuntu.
Thought I'd mention it for those who care.

Forget it, I must have messed something up. I can't even start wine anymore.
guess I'll have to reinstall
