drifting context windows

Post by babatikidido »

Hello, has anybody experienced drifting context windows? When I bring up a context menu in most of my wine apps (not all) it seems to float away, moving slowly across the screen. Any help on this issue would be much appreciated!

What version of Wine are you using?

Sounds like a problem WRT MacOSX that was solved a long time ago.

Upgrade, if possible, to wine-1.1.44 to see if the problem is gone.

What operating system and version are you using?

What program are you trying to run?

Hello, well the apps I am experiencing this with are Steam and Photoshop CS4. I haven't seen anyone else have these problems with said programs looking through bugzilla and searching on google. I upgraded to the newest wine release, but this caused Steam to crash and log me out for some reason. The problems with Photoshop also persisted. So I've since reverted back to 1.1.38. I am running amd64 Gentoo.
