MacIntosh computers for the last two years have used Intel processors. PowerPCs have the QEMU project which converts most, but not all, Intel CISC processor calls to PowerPC RISC calls. That means that while might be able to compile on the system, it won't be able to actually run any Windows apps as they are programmed for x86 architectures (that is, any regular desktop).
