how to install a msi Package?

I just downloaded the Google Book Downloader from
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/G ... 12996.html

How can I start the Installer? Calling
$ wine GBDownloader-0.6.9.33532.msi
failed: Bad EXE format.

I have only wine at my kubuntu box, no native Windows.
