I have got a debug log (+relay,+seh,+tid) resulting in 135MB text file (bzip'd
to 2.6M) :

Got a response from Austin English : "Try upgrading to 1.1.26."

I tried, and the result is the same - by means of Error 13 message. Will produce

a debug trace and post it whenever I get 15 minutes of time.
