printer layout page setting problem with TibetDoc

Hi!

I have a problem with TibetDoc.exe by TCC.
Under Wine page setup doesn't work correctly.
It is not possible to set the page borders in fractions of inches.
It only allows are full inches like: 0in, 1in, 2in etc. and not 0.5 or 1.3
This is very annoying as it does not allow for exact positioning of the pechas.

Any ideas or hints what is the problem or do I have to switch back to WindowsXP?
