how to add new dll?

so the game runes of magic isnt working (graphical bugs and no login screen)
and someone said you should add a winsock.dll and select an override, but I added winsock to both my system and system32 directories and rebooted my pc, and it doesnt show up in the library.[/list]

Remove it from system, keep it in system32.
Just type it's name if it's not present in the list.
