characters problem

Hello,
I am new in wine.

I installed wine in my Linux machine today but i noticed that when i run a windows application there is a problem on characters.

Here i have a pic of my problem.

In this pic the window is from the installation of dev c++.

I have this problem in every application i try to run.

I hope that you can help me to fix this problem.

That picture is pretty small, but looks like bad video drivers. Are
you using Nvidia legacy drivers by chance?

My video card is a Geforce 4 MX 440 and i don't have any problem when i play 3d games.

There was a bug in the video drivers related to text. See
