Wine gameguard and other anti-hacking softwares.

Any news on gameguard and other anti-hacking applications? I wonder who will give in eventually, would it be Wine or INCA. I know for a fact that this is the only stumbling block to allow windows based games to work on linux/mac using wine. Any news in this area?

What news about GG do you want? As-is it will never ever work on Wine.

Write my words down - it's impossible to have something like that working on Wine. It's a root-kit. Wine won't ever have enough .... windows kernel for the root-kit to run in.

Yes I know that for a fact. I am actually asking for "updates" not "how to" because I know it does not work. I also know that it is some kind of "root-kit" that does not work on wine. It is also true that it is a DES file that is not supported by wine as well.
