NATIVE ACCESS 3.17.0 LICENSING

I am successful to the point that the installer successfully installs Native Access 3.17.

When I install any application (ie, Massive):

• Native Access downloads the Massive_Installer.zip file.

• I move the zip file to a new name to preserve it so it isn't deleted.

• Native Access says, "Install Successful". But, Native Access leaves its status as "Uninstalled".

• The zipfile contains an .exe installer.

• I run the installer.

• It runs successfully.

• I run the application (Massive).

• "Activate, Buy, Run Demo" pops up.

When you select Activate, it launches Native Access. In a real windows environment, Native Access would open. Now, Native Access, on its own should be activating all the products in your account, for the machine you are launching from. Apparently that is not happening.

I have seen several other threads where people seem to be using the synths. I am hoping that someone may be able to shed light on what may be happening here.
