Regression in wine-devel 10.3 (21 Mar 2025 repack)

The regression is spreading! Now the Wine-stable 10.0_1 (22 Apr 2025 re-release) is also showing the bug

@Gcenx if you know what is different between these Wine releases (pre-21 Mar 2025 and post) then the bug might be found and fixed

Also the title of the GitHub releases page for the Wine-stable 10.0_1 (22 Apr 2025 re-release) is mislabled as 10.1_1 instead of 10.0_1
