Hello, I'm trying to get my headphone software to work, and I'm having hard time figuring out what's wrong here, here's the problem (pic1). So I searched the web for an answer and found some old threads about similar problems to this but they did not help or I couldn't figure how to apply it in my case.
Here's a picture about the drivers and usb devices because I think its impossible to figure this if it needs windows drivers (pic2) and I don't know if it has any. I have the quantum engine v1.513 installer file if it helps.
I'm using Linux mint 22.1 Cinnamon
Yea, I'm not highly experienced with linux.

First of all, the pictures doesn't load/work.
Second, If I were you I'd probably do the following:
- Look through AppDB for the application in question and look at the previous test results in order to see if anything there matches your issue. If not or application not found:
- Look through the Forums (and here you are) to see if anyone has experience similar issues that might aid you in solving your problem. If that didn't cover it:
- Look through Bugzilla for the application or issue in question to see if anything there might help you in your problem. If nothing:
- Try using debugging to see if maybe there is something obvious when enabling different flags/debug levels. If not:
- If you are unsure whether your issue is a wine bug or not, read the forum posting guidelines and post your dilemma. If otherwise you are pretty certain you've found a bug in wine:
- Create an account on Bugzilla, read the bug submission guidelines and submit a bug regarding your issue. Then
- Create an account on AppDB, read the test result submission guidelines and submit a test report on the application in question. If the application does not exist in AppDB, submit it after reading the guideline on it, then
- Either wait until someone looks at the bug (may or may not happen) or start investigating what the issue is, fix it, and report a patch.
I hope you find this process helpful
