When I go to this forum and I try to use the search option I get the message that I can't use it right now and should try again in 2200+ seconds. After I log in and try it (expecting that being logged in would solve the problem of apparently triggering an anti-abuse rule) I still can't use it straight away but now I must try again in 55 seconds (presumably the remainder of a 60 second threshold.
