I installed Photoshop CS2 (from Adobe site) with Wine HQ (32 bit, Windows 7) on Linux Mint 22.
After 3 days I got a message that user name, organization or serial were missing or invalid and the application must close.
I swapped file folders between Linux and Windows, It starts up exactly the same but the error message is till there. I wonder if it’s a registry problem.
Does anyone know of a workaround for this?
If not my thoughts are to remove it, try again, or use an early Photoshop Elements which possibly doesn’t require registration.
I had originally tried to use Playonlinux but after installing it through the software package Manager it did not run.
I would appreciate advice on fixing Photoshop.
