PDF 24 error 0x80000003

Good day to all
I installed PDF24 via Wine 9
However, when I try to run the program, I get a window with the following error:
Uknown error 0x80000003
Code=0x80000003
File=webview2.cpp
Func=WebViev2::start

After clicking OK, the PDF24 program stops working.

Attempts to find the file webview2.cpp in order to view its contents did not work.
Without the service WebViev PDF24 is not installed.

What to do, how to solve the problem?

My attempts to fix:
Tried to find the file webview2.cpp - unsuccessful
Tried to find the file containing the text WebViev2::start - unsuccessful
Tried to install MicrosoftEdgeWebView2Runtime both 64 and 86 - unsuccessfully, Wine displayed an error in the file stup.exe during the installation process
Tried to install MicrosoftEdge - unsuccessfully, Wine displayed an error in the file stup.exe during the installation process

What to do next while I think ...
