When starting the program I do receive an error message "Internet Explorer 9 is missing" - As far as I understood POL is using a kind of Explorer? Any idea how to get this working?

Hi, I tried to install Starmoney Basic 14 with POL.
When starting the program I do receive an error message "Internet Explorer 9 is missing" - As far as I understood POL is using a kind of Explorer? Any idea how to get this working?
