Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with Spot Player software, which I use to access online courses. Although I can successfully register the license, the program enters debug mode and displays a terminal window with an error message when I attempt to access a course. The program then closes abruptly.
Could you please provide a solution to resolve this problem?

can you provide more details, like a complete log and the error message you get?
