USB Access from Wine

Hello,

I have a Canon Scanner (CanonScan 9000F) for which the Mac app does not work anymore.
As I am trying to use the Windows one through Wine on my Mac, it does seem to recognize the device (see attachement).
I can see the device on my Mac, though.

Could you help me on how to proceed to make this properly?

As far as I'm aware, device drivers don't work inside Wine. Either it works natively, or it won't work.
