Wine itself isn't a virus. You can check this by checking out the source code. Secondly, if it was, why would you ask on the official site for wine? Presumably it's being run by a bunch of hackers, if wine were a virus. Thirdly, does virus total even track android viruses? Where did you get the APK file?
I recommend you look further into how antivurses detect viruses in the first place, so you don't get thrown off by as many false scars, as well as so you don't gain a false sense of security.
