I need to back up a 10 Years old 32bit Wine Installation and move it to a new PC. The Wine Installation is huge.
I will use the possibility to do also a Backup for my archive.
Do I have to prepare anything?
What do I have to do with the Symlinks to in the dosdevice directory. Is it a problem if they are lost?
Anything I need to know for restoring such a Wine Installation?
Do you recommend using something like Lutris or playonlinux or wine bottles?
Reinstallation is not possible. Among the Installed software, are Games which could not any more been activated. And one game where the CD is not any more readable.
