Wine Conformance test suite fails on Windows 11

I tried the Wine test suite on Windows 11 but got at least 100+ errors with both x86 and x64 test.

I don't really think that my installation is broken. I only installed some free/libre software on it. Does a factory reset make a "clean" install?
