CST licensing error due to loopback interface network adapter

I've installed wine-stageing (v9.8-1) in Arch linux. the CST Learning Edition 2023 installs perfectly. But when I open the program, I am unable to select a network interface to complete licensing. Upon further investigation, I've come to the conclusion that the Loopback Interface is the problem. In ipconfig /all, the first item is the 'lo' inteface, having no MAC address. Can anyone help me resolve this issue??
