Blank window with cpntools.exe

Hi,

I used Wine for a long time to run CPNTools 4.0.1 (https://cpntools.org/2018/01/15/windows/) in Linux, but a couple years ago it started displayed an empty window, basically containing the background at the time the program was started and nothing else. It still work fine on Mac/Parallels/Windows 10, but constantly moving files between computers is annoying, and I do not want to buy a Windows license for my Linux box. The symptoms are the same on my Linux laptop, which use a different graphic chipset.

I looked into the debug logs and I see a lot of warning, but nothing more serious than that. Tell me what command line to use, and I'll copy the resulting debug logs below.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In case someone want to try cpntools under Wine, you will need to install this exact version of Java first to make the installer happy: jre-7u25-windows-i586.exe

This was with the wine distributed in Debian Sid. After switching to the one distributed by winhq.org, the problem went away.
