IE 6 - popups disabled and cannot open links in a new window

Hi.

This is my first post on this list.

First:
- RHEL5.1 x86
- $ wine --version
wine-1.1.13
- $ rm -rf ~/.wine
- $ winetricks ie6
- $ wine iexplore.exe

Then:
- I go to a page that should automatically open a
new window (popup); nothing happens.
- I go to any page that has links, right click on it
and select "Open in New window"; nothing happens.

How do I enable both features?

Same thing happens on Ubuntu 8.10 x86, wine 1.1.14.

They aren't implemented in Wine, as we don't really encourage
iexplore.exe as a browser, but have it there for apps that require it.

The new window functionality breaks Steam though, and is a known bug.
