AceMoney.exe running on Wine on LinuxMint is not able to connect internet

I have notebook Dell with OS LinuxMint and I have installed the Stable branch of Wine by the sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable command See: https://wiki.winehq.org/Debian
But after installing new version of my AceMoney.exe program and trying to Enter a code the AceMoney says that is unable to perform online registration and wants me to connect to the internet and try again. But the notebook is connected to the internet. When I asked about this problem the AceMoney supplier (http://www.mechcad.net), they refere me to the Wine supplier. What Shall I do?
