Guild wars atrifacting

I'm running Guild wars on Ubuntu Ibex, you can see my tags I added below. With these tags, I get my best image, but I still have this problem:

Also, every time I close it, my graphics crash and I get logged off. I'll put any specs or Terminal outputs you need, just plx halp!!

What video card and drivers? If this is ATI, make sure you using at least 8.12 drivers. Also disable compiz (3d effects).

I disabled compiz, and I got this : http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2gwredv&s=5
but it still boots me off ubuntu when I quit the game, and it won't respond to keyboard, and runs at something lame like 3 fps.
I'm using a crappy intel integrated graphics card, but it runs games like this famously in windows...

Then forget it. It's drivers are the worst ones.

That sucks. Then what graphics card should I buy, that's linux-and-budget-minded?

Nvidia.

And recent. Some of the older NVidia cards are worse than AMD/ATI. Stay away from Intel and 'off brand' cards unless they come with Open Source Linux drivers out of the box.
