I'm having trouble understanding what to do with this description:

Hello, I currently have Wine version 1.1.12 installed, how do I get version 1.1.3? The only versions I can see to download are on the winhq homepage.

The simplest way - compile from source. Or look through archives for your distro (not part of winehq).

It's been a while since I installed WoW, but have you scrolled to the bottom of the license? I know I've installed several Windows games that require you to do that befor the "Agree" button is enabled, but I can't remember if WoW is one of them.
