Help installing app - won't connect to internet

Dear Sirs / Madams,

I have severe troubles trying to the this little program to work that is unfortunately only accessible for windows. I'm pretty newbie on Linux, running Ubuntu and Wine and I keep running into the same problem.

The program says it is trying to download settings and user database, which fails, and then the program shuts down. I have pasted a logfile here;

Can you try the program with Wine version 6.0?
