Mint 20, kernel 5.8, wine 5.0.1 stable, IGT Slots Lobster Larry's Lobster Mania

I recently found 3 old games in a box of my dad's things that I know I gave him over the last several years. 2 installed fine, but the 3rd did not: IGT Slots Lucky Larry's Lobstermania. I had previously loaded this to an old Windows PC that has since died.

I tried creating a 64-bit prefix and the installation failed. So, I tried a 32-bit prefix and the installation failed again. It begins copying files, etc., but then it closes and there is nothing installed in wine. I don't understand this "msi validate key" thing as there is no activation key for this software.

It looks like the installer is attempting to do something wine's msi can't handle. Unless someone else has an idea you could file a bug.

Turns out it's trying to internally register something - when it fails the entire thing fails - no files, etc.. So i think this going to be a no-go. Masque won't support running in wine - email from their support.
