Office 2010 write access issue (file already used)

Hello everybody, it's my first post on the forum

I use Wine 3.0.3 to run Office 2010 on Kubuntu 20.04

The activation were successfully (via Internet, not phone) and quite every part of the soft works well, but when I open a document, edit it then and try to save it, I've an error (file already used by another program), but I can save it in the same directory with a different name without any problem.

Does someone has an idea ?

Wine 3.0.3 is two years old and no longer supported. Try upgrading to at least 5.0.1.

I've chosen 3.0.3 because it was the recommanded version for Office 10, I will upgrade and hope that Office will still work
