libfaudio0 + Line + Linux question

I have a working Line (sort of) under MX Linux 19.1, and I have also Wine 5 installed on Linux, the problem I'm having now is I can hear the other party when calling using Line apps, but the other party can't hear me, I'm guessing it has something to do with libfaudio0_20.01-0_buster_i386 required by Wine 5, if so how can I configure Line so the mic can work properly in Line? I checked the configuration in Pulse Audio, and in there the speaker and mic worked just fine (the mic meter moves when I speak, so I guess it's working fine).
Here are my questions:
1) is there a mic test in Wine? If so how can I access/test it?
2) is there a mic/speaker test in Line (similar to Echo / Sound Test Service in Skype)?
ps:
1) when I try to call, both mic & speaker has a line cross it (similar to the one below), but I can hear and the other party can't hear me.
