error trying to load dreamweaver CS4

hi
i installed last wine for ubuntu 8.10
i followed a valid guide to run Dreamweaver CS4 in wine. i renamed in lower-case manifest and winsxs ( before i got several errors of files not found .. )
but now wine terminal shows me a bunch of this message ( all the same )

wine: Call from 0x6e22aca4 to unimplemented function msvcrt.dll._except_handler4_common, aborting

and at the end ...

err:seh:setup_exception_record stack overflow 1568 bytes in thread 0019 eip b7e549b3 esp 00230d10 stack 0x230000-0x231000-0x330000

what can i do ?

i copied dlls and program from a partition of windows vista where dreamweaver works perfectly ...

I don't know why you think the guide is valid. Do not copy
installations from windows, install it in wine.

do u think installing it will solve the problem ?
treads in wine and not, say that i will have problems during install ...

CS4 is in the early stages of working. Copying an installation,
however, is not supported.

i just tryed to run the dvd and id doesn't "start" ...
i will roll back to cs3 then -.- ...

thx for support

unable to install ...
it start it try to install but at the end it shows me the error and it says errors in installing dreamweaver cs3 ( success only in shared components .. )

Please explain does not 'start'.

Did you try opening a terminal session, changing to the drive where the
DVD is mounted and then typing in wine <setup.exe> where setup.exe is
the setup program for DS4?

i copied the installation from my windows vista
then followed all the instructions from the guide posted above ...
i don't have anymore the dvd ( i'm in holidays and the dvd is there .. )

do u think installing from dvd would work ?
