Allready found a little Stylebug in the AppDB, when logged in as Maintainer there is a transparent part between "Maintainership Overview" and the maintained Apps

WTF WARN there's a new design underway!
i almost had a heart attack! I checked today, for somthing was the old, site.. and suddenly, while i was stumbling, BAM, new site! heart attack! WOW
seriously looks its looking awesome! good job - alhough the wine glass, should be leaning to the right, not to the left if you want to be 100% exact ~~
one question tho, are the accounts have been centralized? its the same account for forums, appDB and bugzilla?

The new disign is ugly, especially the fonts used. Instead of the great font set (was that Liberation or alike, I even pointed on Winehq site as a specinmen of great web design), now in uses ugly DjVu, which produces wide thick and slimy characters.
Because of that even Bugzilla does not fit in my browser window now!
I cannot change my browser preferences each time I visit Wine's Bugzilla only to get it fit on the screen.
Besides, it completely breaks the established Wine style and design. Please tell me how to return to previous appearance!

I liked the old design too. It was less obtrusive and I don't understand why the new logo has Wine in all uppercase if Wine is the preferred capitalisation.Ansus wrote:vitamin wrote:You can't. Get used to it.Ansus wrote:Please tell me how to return to previous appearance!
I can fit the Bugzilla in the browser window only if I set font overriding in the browser. I consider it an extreme measure because it affects all other pages as well.
Then send patches in. Whole website is available via GIT: http://source.winehq.org/git/Ansus wrote:I can fit the Bugzilla in the browser window only if I set font overriding in the browser. I consider it an extreme measure because it affects all other pages as well.
Overall, I think the new design is much less cluttered and easier to navigate. Under the old design, even after months of using the site daily, I still found myself hunting for links in the sidebar. One day into the new design, that is no longer a problem. As for the colors (which clash with my blue/gray desktop), well, I think no matter what colors they chose, someone wouldn't like it, and using a wine-toned palette for WineHQ is at least a logical choice.

Usually in forums or anywhere else I call it WINE becausejeffz wrote:I liked the old design too. It was less obtrusive and I don't understand why the new logo has Wine in all uppercase if Wine is the preferred capitalisation.Ansus wrote:vitamin wrote: You can't. Get used to it.
