Help Installing World Machine

I am using Mac OS Sierra, and I have gotten all the way up to trying to actually run the program. when I type

"wine world machine.exe"

I get the following back:

Now, I installed the program (I thought) already and a folder is showing up in .wine on my mac with what looks like all the stuff. What am I missing here?
