What will we expect?

I'm so new into Linux world and I don't have live a full Ubuntu upgrade, like will be at next May.

So, I want to know if, when this kind of upgrade are made... Would we expect that all the WineHQ changes (to fix issues) will still work so fine?

Or... Could it be some "new" issue? ???

There's always the possibility of "new issues" any time you upgrade anything, and Wine is no exception. You can avoid one fairly common upgrade-related problem by remembering to upgrade your graphics drivers after you've upgraded your distro.
