WineHQ FAQs and authentication

I'm new here but not to computing. After registering for what I now know to be AppDB access, I discovered that a *different* login is required for the forums. What the??

I know everyone is busy, but could someone please update all of the WineHQ FAQs and/or registration pages to clarify this better.

When you have time

install OpenRadius or some other shared authentication system.

Yes, all the systems are currently separate, hopefully they'll soon be
combined, but that's been an ongoing issue :-/.
