Hi,
I have installed a windows game using wine and everything was fine, however when I came to pay the game it didn't launch properly. I assumed this was because of graphics settings so I tweaked a few options on the wine configuration software (I can't remember what exactly) and tried again. This time when I launched it, my cursor changed to the loading cursor for about 10 seconds then nothing happened. I tried going back on to the configurator and it did the same thing. I then tried to go on winetricks and that also just loaded but the interface didn't pop up. I ran the system monitor to see if the programs were running and they were but I just don't know how to find them. I'm not bothered about playing the game anymore but I would like to uninstall it, however, the wine software uninstaller also shows no interface so I'm not sure how. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling wine and it has made no difference.
Has anyone encountered this before? I would appreciate any help you could offer, thanks in advance.
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 if that means anything.
