DEB full offline installation setup required

i am trying to install wine on my ubuntu but it is getting failed because of slow internet connection so please help provide me the full offline deb setup to me for installing wine in my ubuntu am using ubuntu 14.04 LTS

I don't really know what you expect us to provide you with. You can download the Wine package using a download manager and then install it from your hard drive rather than letting your package manager download it, but there's no way to avoid downloading it altogether, and you will still have to download and install any of Wine's dependencies that you don't already have installed.
