Steam Webpage problems

So basically the problem is that Steam won't connect to their store. The only thing that I have edited is dwrite.dll which I disabled and doubt that is the cause of it not being able to connect to the store page.

Do you have Arial and Times New Roman installed? You need them. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37110
