is still on 1.7.47. Should be .48

Would you fix?

The problem has been Sourceforge, which suffered a storage failure a couple of weeks ago and has been slowly recovering. Looks like they just restored file upload capability late yesterday. http://sourceforge.net/blog/category/sitestatus/
