Wine Problem Menu not showing

Good day nice person,

I am quite new to Wine and I have much hopes that you will help me out.
I am using Ubuntu.
I have a 32-bit wine + I have installed winetricks mdac28.

These are the errors that I am receiving:
fixme:ole:RemUnknown_QueryInterface No interface for iid {00000019-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}
err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {ecabb0c0-7f19-11d2-978e-0000f8757e2a} not registered

The menu on Setup goes white (like pale-ish and you can't click anything further).

I am really hoping on your help.

What version of Wine are you using, what app are you talking about, and why have you installed mdac28?

I am using the default stable version of Wine, which you get from sudo apt-get install wine.

I acquired mdac28 for connection with MSSQL server for the application.

The application is my country based and made, it will probably not be available publicly.
I have seen similar errors like this, and I even managed to find a similar post here from which I got the mdac28 solution, it solved me a few of the errors.

The stable version is almost two years old. Try the latest development release.

I am like 95 % sure that it is not going to be a solution, I will try it anyways although.

Installed Wine version 1.7.44
Still the exact same error and no menu showing.
I also reinstalled mdac28 on winetricks.
All the install buttons to advanced further in installation are showing greyed out.
