You could have found that yourself by clicking "HelpContents" in the Wiki Links menu.

Create the new page following one of the methods described on http://wiki.winehq.org/HelpOnPageCreation, then copy and paste your text into it. You will have to manually format it; see http://wiki.winehq.org/SyntaxReference for the correct syntax.

One thing: never try to use the wiki editor in GUI mode, or you will run into https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28578.

I copied and pasted the odt, but lost all the formatting. I would be at it for HOURS redoing everything.

No. As I said, you have to format it manually in the wiki, using wiki syntax.
