Hi
First post
For my weather computer....
Currently running XP on my weather computer (it's on 24/7).
If I'm away from home and the power goes off, I have the BIOS set to reboot when the power comes back on and it starts a windows app called WUHU which uploads data to Weather Underground.
One of the guys on the Yahoo WUHU Users Group says he can run WUHU under Wine.
So can Kubuntu running Wine, be configured to start Kubuntu-Wine-WUHU automatically after the mains power has gone down and comes back up?
Thanks
Greg
Kubuntu-Wine auto boot?
Re: Kubuntu-Wine auto boot?
You should be able to set any app running in Wine to autostart in KDE, just as you would any native app. If you don't know how to do that, ask on the Kubuntu forum. It's not really a Wine question.
