I'm trying to get the Origin version of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault to run in 32-bit 1.7.41. One of the suggested actions is to disable a bunch of OpenGL extensions. Populating the DisabledExtensions registry value with even one extension causes any app to crash.
Any clues?
