Hi all,
I'm trying to run a program with wine and am finding that CD Audio will
not work. Other sounds work fine, just not CD Audio (the disk drive
spins up but there is no sound)...This is for a music class...Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks!
Best,
Michael

Just curious; why don't you use a media player native to your operating system? (Like, if you use Linux, Amarok is a good example).
If there is a reason though, what media player are you using? I'm not sure about other media players, but I've managed to get RealOne to play audio CD's if RealOne is set to use the CD-ROM drive as a Generic CD drive. So, it can be done but, it'd be recommended to just use a player that is native to your OS.
